We are looking for you to join our virtual platform team focusing on the creation, deployment, and support of an advanced pre-silicon environment for software bring-up. In this highly visible role, you will be at the center of the system on chip validation efforts, collaborating with software and chip design disciplines.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience with C++, working with a large software codebase required
  • Experience with a pre-silicon platform such as emulation (Palladium, Veloce, or Zebu) or FPGA preferred
  • Experience bringing-up operating systems on new hardware preferred
  • Strong Computer architecture foundation, either SOC or CPU preferred
  • Some knowledge of Verilog or SystemVerilog is useful


As a Senior Engineer in the virtual platform team, you will work closely with emulation, hardware verification, and software teams to create and improve an emulation-based virtual platform environment. Develop new emulation workloads and platforms to enhance user productivity. Deliver complex environments based on high performance emulation models and transactors in system Verilog and C/C++. Root cause failing SoC/Processor, operating system and driver tests and emulator environment issues.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineer, Computer Science or relevant discipline is required
