Value+ Services are optional services that complement AppFolio Property Manager’s core features, making our software even more valuable. A Value+ Services Specialist works with AppFolio customers to successfully setup and use one of five Value+ Services. The role is a blend of great service and focused project management tasks. What you will do:

  • Give authentic, friendly, and helpful service to AppFolio customers, partners and other AppFolians
  • Help customers adopt and use Value+ Services with excellent influencing skills and drive to succeed
  • Manage / maintain a daily workflow for onboarding new customers
    • understand customer goals and timeframes
    • keep customers moving by driving deliverables
    • work with partners and product to approve and enable service
    • understand and follow established processes to meet 100% of compliance requirements

What we are looking for:
  • Excellent relationship building skills (listening!) and strong service commitment
  • Great judgment
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner with precision
  • Friendly, professional written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Technology experience, experience using Salesforce.com a plus
  • College degree or equivalent experience
