What you’ll do:
- Serve as a customer-facing representative for our Tenant & Owner solution
- Communicate with customers via email and phone using our CRM system
- Monitor, evaluate, respond and follow-up to customer inquiries and support requests
- Resolve general inquiries and complex issues both autonomously and in a team environment
- Collaborate on group projects and discussions

- Passion for customer service and relationship building as evidenced by 2+ years of customer service experience
- A simple, friendly and authentic way of business writing and speaking that comes across honest, helpful and concise.
- Extraordinary work ethic
- Analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts and ideas and thrive in an energizing environment
- Strong interest in technology/cloud based solutions
- Willingness to work flexible hours as our service center operates 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays and weekends
