Customer Service Representative

We are expanding our Dallas office and have immediate openings for this growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a customer-facing representative for our Tenant & Owner solution
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone using our CRM system
  • Monitor, evaluate, respond and follow-up to customer inquiries and support requests
  • Resolve general inquiries and complex issues both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Collaborate on group projects and discussions

What we’re looking for:

  • Passion for customer service and relationship building as evidenced by 2+ years of customer service experience
  • A simple, friendly and authentic way of business writing and speaking that comes across honest, helpful and concise.
  • Extraordinary work ethic
  • Analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts and ideas and thrive in an energizing environment
  • Strong interest in technology/cloud based solutions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as our service center operates 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays and weekends
