Job Description

 The Traffic Management team provides key functions to the Network, Systems,

and Application engineering teams. The Traffic Management team is

responsible for:

 Identifying customer traffic profiles for high traffic events.

 Creating custom routing profiles based upon collected information and existing analytics.

 Interface with customers and sales professionals to scope, manage, and deliver a flawless customer experience.

 Develop, use and enhance internal tools to manage and deliver high profile events.

 Analysis of customer events through the use of big data platforms.

 Drive automation from live and archived data analysis.


Skills required

 Degree in Computer Science or related experience.

 Experience in performance analysis.

 Clear understanding of HTTP and DNS protocols.

 Familiarity with routing protocols and load balancing methods. (BGP, DNS, High Availability system design).

 Ability to utilize a variety of scripting and/or programming languages and methods to collect, analyze and present findings.

(Python, Perl, R, NetFlow)

 Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

 Experience with statistical modeling.

 Demonstrate ability to work with business leaders gathering requirements and managing scope


 Highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious person willing to work cross

functionally with a dynamic and exceptional group of engineers and sales


 You should possess excellent communication skills: written, verbal,

presentation and interpersonal.

 Responsible, self-directed, forward thinker who knows what needs to be done

and operates with urgency, focus, discipline and minimal supervision.

 Highly organized and able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced,

energetic, entrepreneurial environment.
