Sales Specialist, Programmatic Platforms

The Sales Specialist in the Programmatic Platforms team at OATH will be responsible for managing local and regional client relationships across our programmatic platforms. This individual will be involved in all aspects of platform business operations, and by working directly with Field Sales Team on Agencies, Agencies Trading Desks and direct clients, drive growth of new business relationships and managing the current established partnerships. This individual will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue goals and performance targets related to OATH demand-side programmatic solutions, across Display, Mobile and Video.
*Set strategy and field approach to achieve revenue goals and client satisfaction.
*Meet defined monthly and quarterly revenue goals across Programmatic product portfolio.
*Provide high-level direct contact with advertisers, agencies and trade desks.
*Join discussions with product, engineering, to guide solutions development and/or provide feedback to the rest of the organization on how to better satisfy client needs.
*Works in partnership with Field-Sales Executives to handle all Programmatic aspects needed to generate ad revenue.
*Manage from pre-sales to post-sales the relationship with platform clients.
Experience & Competencies Required
Ability to maintain own work-flow and meet deadlines;
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and customer service skills;
Self-starter and proactive ability to organize and handle multiple priorities;
Initiative and quick learner with a flexible attitude to cope within a rapidly changing arena;
Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external);
Proficiency on the platform business in LATAM: industry, competitors and key drivers;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and external clients;
Qualifications & Key Skills
Deep understand about Programmatic Landscape;
Strong background on Managing Programmatic initiatives with advertisers and agencies;
Established relationship with agencies and trade-desks;
Experience in pitching and selling programmatic projects;
Field-sales background is a plus;
Fluent English and Spanish;
5+ years of advertising sales experience AND?OR manage programmatic operations
