Job Description
MAKERS@’s mission is to help companies promote and develop their female employees’ leadership capabilities and potential.
You will work with the MAKERS team in New York & Los Angeles to lead the MAKERS@ Program, including driving our go-to-market strategy, building partner relationships, and ensuring successful design and delivery of partner programs.
We are creating a turnkey slate of programming that incorporates live events (the annual MAKERS Conference, bespoke on-campus conferences, consumer events), customized digital video-based content, research from the broader market, and of course, access to the powerful roster of MAKERS talent.
Create new business models for MAKERS@ brand to increase partner value and expand the MAKERS@ brand and business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Secure, develop and maintain relationships to drive the number of MAKERS@ partners from 45 to 70 by the end of 2017.
Be the liaison between our broader sales organization and the MAKERS brand.
- Guide a small team to design, produce, and deliver digital courses and in-person workshops on topics related to business and professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
7-10 years of relevant work experience, 3 years or more of client relationship management
Aggressive go-getter with a strong sales background
Passion for women’s leadership and development
Team player; ability to work with colleagues at all levels of an organization
Relationships across an array of large Fortune 250 companies (financial svcs, media firms, D&I and marketing teams a plus)
Great organizational, management, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel
