Major Accounts Customer Success Manager

Develop and execute against a comprehensive account plan for two to three major accounts.
Create & maintain an opportunity pipeline of whitespace and drive consistent account-specific activities
Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
Manage complex customer interactions
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key executives at major accounts
Drive value in Oath solutions through evangelizing usage and adoption across the portfolio
Ensure customer satisfaction
Expect moderate travel
BA/BS required MBA preferred
10+ years of enterprise account management; experience in software / solution sales / systems consulting / network solution sales within large Enterprise accounts a plus
Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsive, responsible, dedicated to client success, and focused on exceeding client expectations
Proven experience in upselling into current accounts with a track record of exceeding goals
Experience with account planning and generating ongoing account plans for monthly reviews with management
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to succinctly present our services via phone/web conference, trade shows, etc.
Strong computer skills, proficient with standard software, Internet, and web applications
