This Full-Stack Software Developer role is dedicated to the development of a line of business software solution associated with Verizon Media Solutions product lines. The position is responsible for designing and developing creative software solutions to solve complex business requirements.
Develop code based on analysis of business requirements for VDMS product line, including proof of concepts, feature enhancements, and bug fixes within a sprint based, agile software development lifecycle.
- 8+ years of LAMP development experience (PHP)
- Experience with PHP HMVC frameworks (CodeIgniter, Symfony, Laravel, Yii)
- Solid understanding of object oriented programing concepts
- Experience with distributed version control (Git/Mercurial/SVN)
- Experience with Ubuntu/Debian Linux
- Experience with Node.js
- Bootstrap, Bonfire, Jenkins
- Broadcast systems and software experience
- Media and entertainment application experience
