Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant that will provide administrative support to our Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Communications.  Requires ability to gain in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. This person must have critical thinking skills and be able to move things forward quickly.


Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic calendar management- ability to anticipate, understand priorities, reconcile conflicts easily and prioritize the days accordingly

  • Organizes all travel arrangements and prepares travel itineraries for major travel events overseas or for tentpole events

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including other executives EAs and marketing team members

  • Keeps expense reports up to date

  • Manage meeting logistics- confirm attendees, ensure there are agendas, make sure the tech is working, take meeting notes when needed etc.

  • Special projects- opportunities to help work on special projects as time allows

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Must have 3-7 years of experience managing complex executive schedules, onsite and remotely located.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft office; Proficient in PowerPoint
