Convertro - Strategic Solutions Lead, EMEA
Convertro provides clients with actionable spend recommendations that empower them to confidently reallocate marketing from unprofitable sources to more profitable ones. Convertro accomplishes this by means of its algorithmic attribution models that meld marketing cost and conversion data, including in-store, with customer marketing exposures captured at the most granular level. This regression-based system, combined with other proprietary technologies developed in-house, affords extreme flexibility and enables Convertro to generate spend optimisations for all marketing channels that a client may leverage, whether online (PPC, SEO, display, affiliate and social, for example) or offline (such as TV, radio and direct mail).
The Strategic Solutions Lead is a critical member of our Pre-Sales and Post-Sales team, working hand-in-hand with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to help scope and design solutions for blue chip advertisers. This is a strategic, trusted advisor role, with strong marketing analytics experience across digital attribution and marketing mix modeling. Ideally, this person has managed MTA and MMM client efforts, knowing what it takes to pre-qualify, accurately scope and design an engagement, and help turn it over to Client Services to implement.
Lead solutions scoping across EMEA. Potential scope to build Strategic Solutions organisation, upon successful scaling of customers across the EMEA region.
Support sales and business development team efforts through client engagement.
Own solutions scoping with customer (pre and post sale).
Develop product features together with customers and product teams.
Ensure reliable solutions are scoped and implemented with the customer, and that customer and Convertro are set up for success.
- The trusted and reliable solutions/product voice of Convertro to the customer.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years experience in marketing analytics and technology.
Highly organised and articulate.
Ability to package and tell a cohesive story to senior marketers...serving as the subject matter and solutions expert.
Excellent ppt, storytelling, persuasive skills.
Intimate knowledge of a marketer's workflow, especially across media planning and strategy.
Understanding of the agency ecosystem.
Exposure and knowledge of SaaS-based technology geared toward media and marketing community.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Has presence and poise.
- Experience in designing and developing proposals/statements of work.
