Back End Intern

This is a part-time Fall 2016 Academic Internship. Candidates must currently be enrolled in coursework for this semester.
As a back end intern you will work with other back end engineers to build tools used to generate playback manifests for live video streaming. Building manifests will include DRM management, HLS & MPEG-DASH standards and several other broadcast specific standards and technologies. Your contributions will be directly consumed by major broadcasting companies like ESPN, ABC and Disney (and their viewers). As with all our positions, we understand that interests and skill sets shift and there are several opportunities to migrate between teams so you can have every opportunity to work on the projects that pique your interests.
- Web Standards (HTTP, GET, POST, etc)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
