The position of Associate Billing Analyst will report in through a Senior Data Analyst overseeing AOL’s Billing and Performance Reporting processes. General responsibilities include preparing customer invoices, delivery of key performance metrics, maintaining effective relationships will all internal and external customers, general auditing and ad-hoc reporting.

Key Role Accountabilities

Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, the Associate Billing Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Setup and process contracts and invoices using SAP while adhering to company deadlines.

Ensure transactions comply with applicable financial policies and procedures.

Request further information from internal/external customers on an as needed basis.

Provide prompt and courteous response to issues raised by Sales, Collections and other groups.

Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.

Assist in month end closing invoices.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

Demonstrate knowledge of revenue billing practices and proficient in data entry.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills with the ability to organize and multi task.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize work.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with strong customer service and 

Demonstrate solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficient with Microsoft office; Excel, Word.

Bachelor’s Degree.

1-3 years of directly related professional experience.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Recommended experience

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Knowledge of general accounting principles.

Advanced computer skills.
