- Manage back end day-to- day operations for publisher account base comprised of
industry leading Web sites
- Provide superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness, and strong
interpersonal skills in daily interactions with clients
- Assist with network implementation and on-boarding of new sites; assure adherence to
Oath’s commitment to quality content
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry
- Manage general and specialized client requests; including set up, billing inquiries,
account requests, and feature/product enhancement requests from new and existing
- Participate in strategic planning with Account Executive to help hit team revenue goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of progressive, client-facing experience or strong internship experience.
- Effective time management skills – able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker comfortable with implementing out of the box solutions and
leveraging past experiences to create new solutions
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to take initiative in business situations
- Extremely proactive and biased towards taking action
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within all levels of the
organization and external clients
- Flexible, startup mindset and able to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Intrinsically motivated and comfortable working independently
- Desire to learn basic sales skills through on-the- job training
- Strong communication, customer service and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SaaS products a plus
