  • Responsible for managing the transportation optimization strategy US Craft breweries
  • Collaborates through effective communication with other departments including Warehouse, Transportation, Supply, Commercial Sales, Business Service Center and Procurement to optimize the overall brewery portfolio
  • Leads Craft VLC Initiatives with cross functional teams to deliver savings and synergies.
  • Owns Craft VLC budget, monthly performance, and sourcing strategies for evolving footprints and demand.

  • Responsible with driving achievement of KPIs such as: VLC, Service Level, Supply Chain Obsolescence, etc.
  • Responsible for driving change and standardization within the LCP methodology
  • Review and communicate assigned KPIs during monthly MCRS cadence (weekly reviews, PRs, etc.)

Job Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business or Information Technology; Masters in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar beneficial
  • 1-3 years business work experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain analysis/engineering role
  • SAP/APO/TMS experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and orientation towards data-driven solutions. Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Expert ability to influence and effectively communicate with individuals/groups from varied backgrounds and skill levels. Displays sense of urgency and bias towards delivering results
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong implementation and facilitation skills in order to effectively interact with multiple levels and functions within the organization.
  • Highly focused on results and providing a structured systematic approach to delivering solutions; demonstrated ability to effectively manage people
