Purpose of the Job:
Manage logistics of key startup businesses
Key Dimensions :
Manage logistics from end to end for customers across packaging and raw materials, including across multiple transport formats (FTL, LTL, Rail, Grain Truck)
Work with other stakeholders to create business reporting systems that can grow with flex.
-This position has to be an ambitious self-starter, strong team player, inspiring and collaborative, gritty and resilient, demonstrating a fact-based structured approach with high sense of urgency.
-Must have basic understanding of brewing, packaging, engineering, project management, and internal ABI systems.
-Must be able to solve complex problems with integrative thinking and manage extreme uncertainty.
Internal: ZX Explore Team, VOPS Plant Managers, VOPS logistics, Flex Director, Flex Technical Sales.
External: Suppliers, Customers.
For all customers :
-Be Customer Logistics SPOC.
-Perform Manual Invoicing and customer Inventory Management
-Book all transportation as per SLAs
-Create and maintain reporting systems to ensure target fulfilment
-Assist customer in planning / preparation and approval of Art, and Master Data setup
-Create and run customer sampling program
Qualifications and Technical Competencies Required
-Bachelor's Degree in Science or Business required. English language fluency is mandatory. Other languages are desirable.
-At least 2 years of experience in logistics management, a good understanding of the whole value chain. Having an International experience is recommended. Multiple functional and multiple zone experience within AB-InBev is highly recommended.
-Broad Technical and internal systems expertise. Experience and credibility across multiple areas: brewing, packaging, raw materials, equipment. Experience with SAP and PWM ideal.
Excellent Organizational Skills:
-Must have the ability to maintain relationship with many customers across multiple verticals and functions.
Executive Communication Skills:
-Effectively and regularly communicate status of key projects to multiple stakeholders across Flex and ABI, as well as maintain excellent communication with customers.
