Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain high-speed production equipment including but not limited to interactions with PLCs, variable speed drives, high speed drive equipment
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools.
- Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
- Adhere to plant safety and 5S requirements; Complete assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- Analyze process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and up-time.
- Utilize SAP to accurately and thoroughly document and track all corrective and preventive maintenance performed throughout the course of the day; including searching and issuing parts, documenting equipment issues and entering inspection/measurement points.
- Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance KPI's.
- Drive brewery goals & objectives through individually led projects and continuous improvement activities.

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience within industrial/manufacturing environment with knowledge base around high speed equipment: mechanical work, valve replacement, conveyor bearing and chain replacement, motor/gearbox replacement with alignment, lube routes
- Basic knowledge of PLC/ladder logic over varying platforms including but not limited to: Allen Bradley / Rslogix5 / ControlLogix / Siemens etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies.
- Basic knowledge surrounding process calibrations and instrumentation including but not limited to pressure, flow and temperature
- Troubleshooting experience including but not limited to variable drives, servo motors, 3 phase motors, input/output devices
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Comfort/experience using computers ona day to day basis within programs such as: basic Microsoft office, computer maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Basic knowledge of computer networking (routers, Ethernet, switches, etc)
- Ability to work off shifts (afternoons and midnights) and weekend overtime as necessary.
