High End Key Account Manager - Publix

  • Lead and manage business, promotions, distribution, innovation, sales, and pricing initiatives to sell High-End brands including Stella Artois, Goose Island, Elysian, Golden Road and other brands.
  • Manage account activities including sell-in of new products, programs and promotional activities.
  • Build trusted relationships with the Walmart Buying Team to support achievement of joint business plans.
  • Multi-state account management which includes developing account plans and budgets, preparing and presenting account reviews, and communicating activities effectively both internally and externally.
  • Total account management including new item sell-in, securing programmed display support, communication of pricing activities and sharing of marketing plans.
  • Contribute to the development and management of annual account plan
  • Develop and pursue strategies to deliver profitable sales growth utilizing a variety of resources including PowerBI, IRI, program execution recaps and other internal tools.
  • Work closely with a variety of internal teams to align with ABI big bets, increase High-End visibility, and implement, manage, track execution, and evaluate results of planned initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information based recommendations.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects - specifically exposure to retail initiatives with information based selling responsibilities.
  • Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong familiarity with syndicated data software and measures is preferred.
  • Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment.
