Are you an Art Director who loves collaborating, ideating and shooting social content?

Anheuser-Busch is looking for a Content Creator, with a background in Art Direction to join draftLine, the in-house creative agency at Anheuser-Busch. This role is truly the new age of advertising, being part Art Direction and part Content Creator for one of our top brands. This person must have a great eye for photography and be highly tuned into internet culture so they can help curate our brands social channels, and create daily social content to make an impact on our audience.


  • Create and own the organic social content for a brand(s) for multiple Social Channels (IGS, IG, Twitter, FB, etc.)
  • Ideate, plan and execute social media content of all kinds to make a brand relevant and part of the conversation.
  • Work with producers and creative leaders to plan photo shoots
  • Be all over trending topics so you can help drive impactful creative at the speed of culture.
  • Responsible for creative production to include animations and short video formats as well as static image content.
  • Develop, design, plan and execute shoots and productions and create social media assets for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Twitter in coordination with Events + Marketing
  • Concept big, earned media ideas such as social stunts, digital partnerships and sharable posts.
  • Be proactive - since we are close to the business, all ideas will always be welcomed and possible!
  • Responsible for communicating with customers in fun, engaging ways via multiple social networking channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).
Build relationships and drive customer loyalty by delivering excellent customer connections

Job Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of Art Direction at an agency, brand, publisher, influencer marketing or social media experience
  • 3+ years of Design experience
  • Social media content ideation and creation
  • Photography and videography
  • Develop, design, plan and execute shoots and productions and create social media assets for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Twitter in coordination with Events + Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Art
  • Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, project management, administrative, and interpersonal skills
  • Handling proper equipment for photography/videography.
  • Working interdependently with a small team as well as independently.
  • Must adapt easily to change in a dynamic work environment with an emphasis on relevancy
