The Packaging Maintenance Manager will lead, coach, and develop relationships with the maintenance team while driving improvement of the Operations Department maintenance process, systems and supporting Anheuser Busch productivity goals. They will ensure our employee's safety, product quality, and equipment reliability.

  • Ensure that quality and safety standards are met.
  • Responsible for Operations maintenance performance metrics and overall equipment uptime.
  • Responsible for managing the Operations Maintenance Shop, including shop safety, equipment maintenance, and internal repairs.
  • Responsible for managing contractor and vendor labor within the Operations department.
  • Oversee Operations department preventative and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
  • Responsible for managing the maintenance parts and labor budgets for the Operations department.
  • Consulted on packaging CapEx plan and responsible for E-Capex submissions.
  • Responsible for maintenance labor, including staffing plans, scheduling, technical hiring, training, and labor relations.
  • Implement maintenance strategy throughout the Operations Department
  • Utilize performance management tools to achieve KPI targets and close gaps (root cause analysis, Gap Analysis, meeting schedules, action logs, 5 - Why's, PDCA, and SDCA cycles).


Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Management discipline.
  • Experience in maintenance strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation; technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management skills.
  • Ability to cross-functionally move between departments and divisions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SAP strongly preferred.
  • Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
