Business Process Manager I, Front End- Newburgh

  • Maintenance Process owner for Front End area within the plant
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Provide direction, coaching and counseling to production and maintenance Team Members
  • Work closely with the Management Team to maintain a safe and highly efficient manufacturing environment
  • Set standards and implement all maintenance in area of responsibility
  • Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures and insure compliance
  • Develop and manage a budget to meet goals
  • Supervise housekeeping, 5S, and sanitation in area
  • Embed VPO management tools in assigned area



Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science discipline
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing equipment and systems.
  • Punch Press Maintenance experience is a plus
  • Management experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems
  • Ability to manage budget, drive cost savings and champion cost control initiatives
  • Excellent communication, planning, analyzing, influencing and organization skills
  • Strong ability to set, monitor, drive and meet goals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree
  • Management experience in manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to relocate within the US for future opportunities
