BREWERY TRAINEE PROGRAM CO-OP

The Brewery Trainee Program Co-Op is an intensive 36-week program that attracts driven individuals who can take on challenging projects in our Supply function. The Supply team is responsible for the production and packaging of our products. This co-op is a pipeline into our full-time Brewery Trainee Program.
Co-Ops are placed in the Supply department, where you will own and deliver on a strategic project that is impactful to the business. At the end of your internship, you will present your project and final results to members of our senior leadership team in the North America Zone.
Brewery Operations : Anheuser-Busch's 12 major U.S. breweries are located across the country and are brewing the King of Beers 24/7. As a Co-op in Brewery Operations, you will be trained in the various operations at the heart of our breweries, from brewing to logistics to packaging. You will then put your training to the test by leading a production team in the Packaging group, directly responsible for packaging our beloved beers.
Research Pilot Brewery: The Research Pilot Brewery (RPB) is a micro-brewery in the middle of the largest brewery in the country. Here, Co-op's are a part of our Innovations group, which is responsible for the development of new products and processes. Among day-to-day production, you will be asked to manage an improvement project, own an area of the brewery to ensure it has all the tools we need, and present about everything you learned to our director and other Innovation leaders.
Metal Container Corporate : Our Metal Container Corporate (MCC) supplies more than 45 percent of Anheuser-Busch's U.S. beer cans and 55 percent of its domestic lids. As a BTP Co-op in the MCC division, you will have a hands-on role in the production of our cans or lids, through on the job training and the management of a production team.
Busch Agricultural Resources : Brewing the best beer starts with farming the best ingredients. Our Busch Agricultural Resources (BARI) division is responsible for growing and producing the world-class barley, hops, and rice that are at the core of our brands. Co-op's in BARI will have a first-hand look at what it takes to grow our crops and will work on a high-impact project that directly provides value to our business and agricultural divisions. After all, no BARI, no beer!
Systems Tech : How does an operator know their equipment is running at peak performance? How do we measure water saved in our brewhouse? Not without our system technology team. As a co-op in the system tech department, you will be not be resetting routers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, improving or upgrading the systems that keep our breweries running 24/7. This high-paced role needs tech-savvy people who are quick on their feet and want to solve our toughest problems.

• GPA: >2.8
• Majors: Business or engineering would help, but we are open to all majors
