ROLE SUMMARY

BEES team is building a B2B platform to improve the ways retailers run their businesses and interact with their suppliers. We provide transactional and educational resources to retailers across the country to make their businesses more profitable. Our team is in search of a BEES Integration Manager to help manage many of our Digital Sales technology initiatives for the United States, including but not limited to, project planning/scoping, streamlining processes and helping to drive momentum on team priorities, iOS/Android/Web testing, stakeholder management, change management, and ad hoc projects and/or tasks.

About the Team

The BEES Tech team is responsible for managing the development and delivery of our B2B e-commerce platform features by working closely with our 3rd party vendors and internal business partners to provide an optimal experience for our wholesalers and their retailers.

As a BEES Integration Manager, you will:

  • Manage overall status and deliverables for the Commercial area (project delivery, project status follow-up, etc.)
  • Help the BEES Product Owner to drive end-to-end strategic development efforts and their successful delivery, focused on the overarching Commercial area.
  • Contribute to roadmap decisions and/or route to deliver roadmap features.
  • Understand and execute standard project deliverables in accordance with the Anheuser-Busch project methodology.
  • Ensure the project scope is well documented on the Jira dashboard and managed properly throughout the delivery cycle of the project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, software engineers, developers, and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of sprint and removing impediments.
  • Discuss and prioritize issues with the team and provide help/support to the project team as required.
  • Communicating risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner.
  • Meet scheduled deadlines and work towards improving developer execution and validation sprint over sprint.
  • Work with the various IT departments to achieve alignment on the supportability and architectural standards related to the technology being implemented.
  • Prepare and facilitate team meetings with multiple different vendors (4+), speaking and/or presenting on project status, delivery, follow-ups, etc.
  • Actively participate in stand-ups, sprint planning and any backlog grooming sessions organized for/by development teams.
  • Communicate project status internally and manage communication between the Tech BEES team, Commercial BEES team, and the various vendors.
  • Own the implementation metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Project financial activities, as routing contracts, and 3rd party vendor invoicing communication.
  • Must be comfortable working in a disruptive culture.


Job Qualifications

  • 4-year bachelor's degree (Business Administration/Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or other applicable fields)
  • +2 years' experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager
  • Prior experience or knowledge of Scrum/Agile ceremonies and methodologies
  • +1 year working with or within a scrum team
  • Experience with iOS, Android, and Web implementations
  • Understanding of IT Product Cycle development/software development life cycle
  • Emphasis on adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Effective English written and verbal communication skills

Plus

  • Scrum/Agile certification
  • Project Management certification
  • Prior experience in a CPG, Technology or Consulting company.
