  • Research and develop world-class practices in talent recruitment and selection
  • Integrate existing applications, interviews, project submissions, and training bootcamps into a single holistic program for selecting Africa’s future tech leaders
  • Help Andela decide who to hire and how to scale our hiring efforts
  • Continuously level up your own skills and grow with the organization


  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • Data analytics (qual and quant)
    • Learning environment design
    • Educational program development
    • Product Management
    • Project Management
    • Professional development program management
  • EPIC Values alignment
  • Demonstrable commitment to the learning & development of people and technology
