POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Development Analyst will be a creative thinker and highly motivated self-starter. He/she must also be comfortable on the phone. As a Business Development Analyst, you are on the front lines, introducing the Accresa business model to prospective clients and playing a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Core Competencies)
In this role, YOU will:
- Consistently prospect and cold call qualified contacts
- Schedule meetings for sales leaders
- Support sales leaders with prospect follow up, proposal development, distribution of sales materials, and providing client demo's of Accresa software as needed
- Meet and exceed daily goals and objectives
- Maintain and report daily accountability standards in CRM and other shared platforms
- Gather and analyze prospect and current client data for preparation of reports, tracking of key metrics, assembling of reports, and creation of presentations
- Support all Accresa business development efforts by engaging where needed during the pre-sale process to help gather client requirements
- Function as the subject matter expert for the company CRM, responsible for ensuring client data and activity tracking is correct, clean, and up to Accresa standards
- Serve as a brand enthusiast for Accresa
- Other duties as assigned by manager

- Have a track record of outstanding performance in a high volume work environment (sales, collections, mortgage, telemarketing etc.)
- Must be comfortable being on the phone most of the day with proven success making outbound phone calls
- Able to prospect companies utilizing internet search tools
- Advanced negotiation and problem solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Enterprise, and CRM products
- Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with little to no supervision
- Previous healthcare/healthcare benefits experience is a strong plus
Required Experience:
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- B2B Sales: 1 to 2 years' experience
- Cold Calling: 1 to 2 years' experience
- Business Development: 1 to 2 years' experience
