Personal Lines Product Implementation & Support Specialist (Hybrid)
Help with the implementation and support of assigned products, inclusive of implementation and launch of new products, defect management and prioritization, and system support and quality control. Support the product management strategy and product development lifecycle. Partner with other teams on new product development and implementation.
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. You should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; or St. Joseph, MO 64507.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Implementation & Support.

Position Compensation Range:
$61,000.00 - $101,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the implementation and support of assigned products and associated system releases, including defect prioritization and management.
• Participate in the creation of specific underwriting policies based on external industry and economic trends, and internal capabilities and our performance.
• Assist in the establishment of underwriting referral rules and processes.
• Assist with establishing new and managing existing partner relationships.
• Provide maintenance of business rules and requirements and documentation. Help maintain the process for risk reviews.
• Support the communications, education and launch efforts for assigned products.
• Participate in the development of detailed operational data and reporting requirements.

• Provide product intent (contract and underwriting) for consumer complaints and DOI inquiries.
• Assist with Department of Insurance market conduct examinations and inquiries.
• Maintain vendor and vendor management strategy for department; including specific vendor performance criteria, measurements, and service level agreements. Provide feedback on vendor performance and monitoring and reporting on contract compliance and performance to ensure service level agreements are met. Gather information necessary to negotiate performance improvements and remedies with vendors in instances of non-compliance.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or support.
• Basic understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance product design, pricing, and underwriting concepts.
• Basic understanding of market research and marketplace trends in insurance coverage.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
Travel Requirements:
• Up to 25%.
