The Role:
Operations Program Specialist (OPS) will support the Operations tablets team through the new product introduction engineering phase process. Working closely with the Ops Program Manger, the OPS will be involved with supporting new tablets programs. The candidate is responsible for managing project documentation including, but not limited to, bills of materials and engineering change orders. The OPS will also be involved in the coordination of costed BOMs, tooling budgets and materials management for engineering builds. In addition, the OPS will manage Bills of Materials,; routing change orders
and interface with external teams to coordinate costed BOMs and tooling budgets. This individual will work with internal teams and external contract manufacturers for the coordination of materal IT teams to further automate key processes

Basic Qualifications
Associate degree
5+ yrs experience in Agile
5+ yrs experience as an operations project specialist or similar
Understanding of product development lifecycles
Knowledge of Bills of Materials
Hands on experience with project documentation management
Experience with computer based documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi task
Ability to react to resets and changes in a time sensitive environment.
Bachelor’s degree
Background in consumer electronic product development
Strong interpersonal skills
