スペシャリストは事業計画に基づいた売上目標を達成する責任を持ち、戦略立案をするとともに、開発、ファイナンス、グローバルチームと言ったパートナーチームとの連携を取ります。細かいデータやプロセスの分析をしたり、顧客やパートナーからのフィードバックを傾聴したり、関係チームとの連携をとるコミュニケーション能力のバランスが必要です。マーケティングにおいて 動画広告は非常に重要な分野で、スペシャリストとして、日本の広告事業に必要な動画広告およびブランディングソリューションをパートナーチームと協業しながら作り上げ、Amazon Advertising の価値提案に貢献することが期待されています。
業務内容:
• Go-to-market (アクションプラン)や提案資料向けの価値提案の作成と、日本におけるソリューションとしての不足を可視化し、開発ロードマップに反映するよう交渉。
• 動画広告ソリューションに関するゴール設定とGTM 戦略策定。
• 営業、開発、オペレーション、ファイナンスなどの関係各所と事業の進捗確認と軌道修正を施行。
• Amazon の様々なデータツールを学習し、分析をビジネス・アクションに昇華。
• 事業決定者に向けて、レポートや企画書などのドキュメント作成。

As a Video Product Specialist, you will play a leadership role in our team sales leadership will look to you for advice on business issues facing them. You are right, a lot. You get a lot done. In this role, you will have ownership of end-to-end development of video advertising solutions that address complex questions, and you'll play an integral role in strategic decision-making. You will partner with teams throughout the advertising organization including product, account management, finance and offshore teams in order to create processes, tools, and mechanisms to make video solutions that deliver value to our sales teams and customers.

To be successful, the right candidate will thread the needle between diving deep to understand business problems (through customer interviews and analytical rigor) and earning trust with partner teams and across the sales organization to implement their solutions. Measurement should be one of the core value propositions as Amazon Advertising continues its venture as a full funnel marketing partner to advertisers and agencies and you role will be key to make this a reality.

Some responsibilities of this role include
• Develop, implement or maintain new and existing 1st and 3rd party video solutions
• Study cutting edge and industry standard video solutions and map out JP Amazon Advertising's video advertising roadmap.
• Learn and leverage the broad range of Amazon's data resources and know how, when, and which to use and converting analysis into digestible business intelligence.
• Present written recommendations and insights to stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies.
• Audit customer conversations to better understand unique sales needs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• スキル・資格: Microsoft Excel(Pivot, V-lookup) , Word, Power Point and Outlookの使用経験
• 英文でのビジネスドキュメント(レポート・企画書)の作成
• データや指標を使いこなし、新しい顧客体験やサービスを構築した経験あるいは願望
• スピード感のある環境でマルチタスクをこなし、競合する目標に対して結果を出す能力
• 4年制大学 学士

• 4+ years of sales or marketing experience
• Experience building new customer experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or Liberal Arts
• Written, verbal, listening, communicating, and negotiating skills in both English and Japanese coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present findings to variety audiences, including senior leadership
• Experience dealing with results, metrics and data management and desire to create and build new processes.
• Analytical and quantitative skills (including the ability to effectively use tools such as Excel ) and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
