Primary Functions
• Assist in managing global cash positioning and creating efficiency in global bank account structure
• Contribute to driving liquidity solutions which provide scalable funding mechanisms
• Bank relationship management
• Responsible for providing financial and analytical support including: daily, weekly, monthly reporting on financial and non-financial metrics
• Responsible for supporting Shared Services, Accounting, Tax, and Global Payments initiatives
• Responsible for supporting new business expansion and new country expansion
• Generate reporting packages related to cash and investment performance attributes and returns
• Assist in Treasury control procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a strong control environment
• Dive deep, take the lead, and support driving process improvement in daily tasks.
• Ensure full utilization of the Treasury workstation including reporting processes
• Assist in mitigating banking fees and transaction costs of Treasury activities through the periodic review of global bank account analysis statements
• Assist in the issuance and administration of letters of credit
• Ad hoc Treasury projects/analysis
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years of liquidity management
• Analyze data and make decisions quickly
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills with a strong customer focus
• Exhibits sound business judgment, and possess ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
• Self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners as needed
• Ability to initiate and champion change
• Demonstrated understanding of relational data and using analytics to drive solutions
Comfort working in a fluid and oftentimes ambiguous environment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years of Treasury experience with global companies
• Experience in TMS
• CTP certified
• Experience in identifying SOX compliance deficiencies and implementing mitigating controls/processes
• Ability to influence and galvanize others to follow you toward a solution
• Documentation of complex process flows and driving process improvements
