Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst


Amazon is seeking an Analyst to join the Transfer Pricing group based at its Seattle headquarters to focus on supporting Amazon's U.S. and international intercompany transactions including transactions involving the Amazon Web Services business. The Transfer Pricing Analyst candidate should have strong communication & organizational skills and be comfortable working in a dynamic team environment. Amazon's transfer pricing group deals with all aspects of the company's global intercompany arrangements. This includes developing, executing and maintaining the company's inter-company transfer pricing policies, collecting and gathering data & information, analyzing & setting arm's-length prices, preparing transfer pricing documentation reports, assisting with audits, analyzing business and planning strategies, M&A integration, and managing & working with outside advisers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field; advanced degree a plus
  • 2 years transfer pricing experience

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience establishing processes and coordinating projects to facilitate timely and accurate deliverables
  • Desire to work with numbers and perform analysis

  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • Analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
