The Storage Automation and Messaging (SAM) team is searching for a passionate and talented technical program leader to support AWS activities for U.S. Intelligence Community agencies to implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve technical problems.
Available locations include Arlington, VA or Denver, CO.
From Day 1, Technical Program Managers are given ownership of program/projects/products, autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions, the ability to deliver significant impact to the customer experience and the business, and the support of their fellow teammates and colleagues. On a day to day basis, you will work with other TPM's, service teams, and manage campaigns. Working with operations managers to provide insights and track the progress of launching services through business mechanisms (project plans, business reviews) you'll identify critical dependencies, and mitigate those risks, to ensure the timely deployment of services.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and satisfy other security related requirements.

Denver, CO: This position starts at $ 103,600 annual base salary only. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. • BS or MS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in an IT-related field.
• 5+ years of project/technical program management experience
• 5 + years of demonstrated ability to managed project/task prioritization, procurement, project planning and schedule development.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
• Experience in project/ technical program management with a proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
• Proven success of influencing and developing productive working relationships with resources and customers.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units.
• Experience in driving projects cross functionally, build partnerships with other organizations, and work proactively with business teams to ensure security, operational and business objectives are met
