In this role you'll have independent ownership of leading a new high impact program to drive innovations for our customers. You will support and work together with cross-functionally teams across Alexa to define product roadmaps, manage and own overall delivery of the features spanning across multiple teams for successful delivery of overall program. You'll join a unique team in the Alexa organization with our own culture we move fast to deliver new great features for customers and have a ton of fun doing it.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the landscape.
• A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a proven track record of shipping software quickly then iterating on the experience.
• Solid project planning/execution skills including estimating, scheduling, and executing on committed schedules.
• Ability to communicate, orally and in narrative, effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment


• 7+ years of technical program management experience.
• Excellence in technical communications with both technical and non-technical peers.
• Passion to deliver high quality software that delight customers.
• Ability to grasp complex problems and quickly synthesize cohesive solutions.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects through work prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
• A deep level of understanding of cloud computing technologies, system design and architecture.
