Demand for software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications is accelerating and software builders are looking at SaaS as a primary business model to reach customers and scale their growth. The AWS SaaS Factory Program provides AWS partners and customers with business and technical guidance to drive a transformation to SaaS. The AWS SaaS Factory Program has helped hundreds of AWS partners and customers build SaaS business on AWS. We are looking to hire an experienced candidate to drive the program development for the AWS SaaS Factory Program. The SaaS Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead role will have the opportunity to shape the AWS SaaS Factory program globally working with regional teams. The focus will be engaging as many SaaS builders as possible with effective scale initiatives, ready-to-use tools, programs, and learning and development material that help them build, migrate, or optimize their SaaS product on AWS. You will have a background in defining business strategies, building and executing GTM plans, driving programs at scale, evaluating efficacy of scale initiatives, and must be able to work cross-functionally with a team of Solutions Architects (SAs), SaaS Business leads, and Program Managers globally.

You are passionate about your work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities. You have demonstrated ability to think strategically, have superb communication and program management skills, and communicate progress and results both written and verbally in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Define and deliver the GTM strategy for the scale initiatives.
• Drive awareness and adoption of program resources in alignment with team goals among AWS partners, customers, and key industry presences.
• Continually evaluate the efficacy of AWS SaaS Factory learning and development material, identify, and execute on program improvements.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization including partner marketing, field marketing, and business development to define and execute effective and timely scale initiatives.
• Define and execute GTM initiatives with AWS SaaS Competency Partners to increase SaaS leads and opportunity pipeline and grow the number of launched SaaS solutions on AWS.
• Review and manage the existing content library to determine opportunities to improve the learning experience, ensure the content is current and relevant.
• Define, develop, and execute strategic, programmatic, and scalable learning initiatives for the AWS field teams with a goal to drive awareness and action for AWS SaaS Factory and SaaS on AWS.
• Design, implement, and report on metrics to measure impact and effectiveness of scale initiatives.
• Prepare and lead business reviews with the senior management team regarding progress and challenges to establishing and executing programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years working for a global technology company
• 3+ years experience with cloud infrastructure and AWS
• 3+ years experience working across internal and external organizations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA
• Experience in partner, product, or growth marketing
• Experience at a SaaS-focused organization
