Customer Trust & Partner Support focuses on creating a trustworthy shopping experience by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud and abuse and on providing world-class support for Amazon's selling partners. We have a global team of machine learning scientists, software developers, product managers, associates and investigators that owns this mission across Amazon's stores worldwide.

Under CTPS, the Selling Partner account protection team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager to drive delivery of programs with huge strategic impact. We design and build high performance Machine Learning software and systems to identity and prevent account takeover, and constantly strive to outsmart those who attempt to defraud Amazon and our customers.

As a Sr. Program Manager, you will define the roadmap and own goals to increase security and reduce account takeover impact on Amazon Customers and Sellers. In this role, you will interact with a broad cross-section of the Amazon organization and negotiate effective solutions between teams to protect every Amazon seller account. The right candidate loves solving complex problems, has strong analytical skills and is highly data-driven, has strong communication skills to manage cross-functional programs and earns trust from stakeholders, and is passionate about stopping bad actors and protecting customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in a field with emphasis on business or technology (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics)
• Basic SQL skills
• High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information
• 5+ years of program management experience
• Experience owning program strategy, defining requirements and executing with end to end delivery
• Experience implementing scalable processes and solutions, and driving automation or standardization
• Demonstrated experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver products and programs on tight deadlines
• Proven project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting
• Prove ability to build, monitor and use key performance metrics to drive actionable recommendations to improve business performance
• Proven presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Business Administration, or Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Demonstrated experience with e-commerce, online identity, authentication, authorization and access management, online payment fraud, Trust & Safety, risk control or anti-fraud function
• Proficiency in extracting data from SQL, writing queries
• Ability to think strategically and at the same time, be comfortable to dive into the details and stay on top of tactical execution
• Bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
• Demonstrated experience effectively working with engineering and AI/ML science partners
• Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role
• Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
