Selling Partner Risk Change Management (SRCM) is a team of program managers who implement process changes into the operations and other strategic initiatives. Our mission is to make Amazon.com the safest place to transact online, and we are we are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Manager. This role is focused on enhancing the security bar and adopting relevant technological solutions, especially the solutions that are key to our risk operations teams. This role requires working with operations, program, product and tech teams across the company to define requirements and drive program improvements. This position involves regular communication with stakeholders on status, risks and all relevant project details.
As a part of this global team, and you will be responsible for understanding and minimizing the risk posed from large, geographically dispersed, virtual teams. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the capability of working among the Business partners and the Operation team to ensure all the stakeholders are pre-notified on the forthcoming project launches, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting the project milestones. You will also assess the risks, anticipate the bottlenecks, make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and risks to maximize the business benefits. The ideal candidate will possess an analytic, operational and program background, in this role you will experience a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring in-depth analysis.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to:
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management, including confidential and privileged information
• Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead business and product teams to define and deliver solutions to establish standard processes
• Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions and prioritize opportunities to improve experience of our internal customers.
• Determine and implement effective Operations solutions quickly, so as to not impede production.
• Plan and manage multiple parallel projects.
• Maximize resource utilization for the greater good of the organization.
• Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have seller quality as the top focus.
• Be a visible and vocal role model across the wider business for Amazon's customer-centric culture, championing Seller's needs and using data and technology to anticipate and exceed them.
• Experience managing small to mediums sized teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience defining and executing against program requirements.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements.
• Experience defining requirements and identifying challenges or blockers.
• Experience with processes efficiency and improvements.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing small to mediums sized teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient using SQL, QuickSight, SharePoint.
• Master's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience in risk prevention, authentication, and identity management.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to define program strategy, delivering independently with limited guidance.
• Experience with working backwards from business goals or output metrics.
• Experience managing small to mediums sized teams.
