As a Sr. Program Manager, Black Belt for HR Services, you will support HR Services delivery initiatives to build scale, efficiency, and a great employee experience. You will work with business owners, developers, and HR partners at all levels to understand requirements and timelines. You will establish, coordinate and provide leadership for the execution of ACES projects to deliver impactful, tangible and sustainable results. You will define standard work and promote process optimization for our North American HR Service Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Support process improvements and standardization across HR Services in North America and global service centers using Lean and Six Sigma principles
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and best practice sharing while supporting learning and execution of optimal processes
  • Manage ACES project execution through constant mentoring of project team leads and promoting adherence to the DMAIC methodology
  • Contribute to the successful planning, pre-work and facilitation of various Lean, workshops or Kaizens events
  • Ensure active and effective continuous improvement engagement in all departments

Basic Qualifications

  • Black Belt certification
  • Graduation in Engineering, Operations or technical field
  • 5+ years-experience in an operational or shared services setting
  • Process improvement experience, including facilitating Kaizen events and practical experience in the application of the DMIAC methodology, Lean and Six Sigma tools
  • Experience in delivering in-class training and facilitating the process improvement events
  • Proven record of working well in a team environment and under tight deadlines
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands on experience with any BI tool such as Tableau, Microstrategy, QuickSight etc.
  • PMP certification
  • Hands on experience with SQL
  • Engineering degree/MBA
  • Experience in driving process improvement in HR space
