Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Deals and Events

Amazon Devicesthe team behind the best-selling Amazon Echo, Kindle E-Reader, Fire Tablet, Fire TV, and Home Security product linesis seeking a high-performing, innovative, results-oriented and customer-obsessed, Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join the team managing deals and special projects for Amazon Devices promotional events.

You will lead strategy, performance review, and coordinate the execution of deals and promotions for Amazon Devices. This has a particular focus on the biggest promotional events of the year including Prime Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday, but the role also owns year round strategy and performance.

Key activities include:
• Creating deals and promotions strategy for the year and event by event, taking onboard learnings from previous events.
• Driving deals unit volume improvements
• Leading the Device deals/promotions working group to deliver strategy.
• Leading interaction with central deals and promotions teams, to align on goals, processes and execution in key events.
• Testing and learning from new strategies
• Partnering with technology groups to deliver improvements to deals shopping experience and the internal tool set for managing deals and promotions.


• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an associated discipline
• 4+ years of digital marketing or project management experience


• Ability to independently own and manage a strategic program by defining and executing on key deliverables and outcomes
• Demonstrated skill at building relationships and an ability to influence others
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with central teams and analytics
• Demonstrable problem-solving, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• MBA or equivalent masters level degree
