About the Role

Product Management (Devices Premiumization - Mobile Phones)
The Wireless devices category aspires to be the destination of choice for shopping smartphones by offering best-in-class customer experience (CX) across the customer journey. For a high consideration category such as smartphones, making device purchase affordable becomes a critical dimension of customer experience. This role will own the roadmap of core capabilities required to mitigate the default risk associated with building innovative affordability solutions that unlock access to credit or higher discounts for customers with higher risk scores. Furthermore, the role will also encompass building applications sitting on top of the risk mitigation capabilities and their respective roadmaps.
As a Product Manager leading Devices premiumization charter, you will be responsible for developing products that change the way customers shop smartphones on Amazon. You will work directly with a cross-functional set of stakeholders such as category, legal, sellers, consumer financing, buyback, finance and brands.
You will also be working closely with engineers, SDMs and TPMs to drive design to implementation. You will own product planning and roadmap as well as feature definition for a set of projects within the Devices premiumization pod. The role being strategic for the category, is tightly aligned with business and will require a mix of product, program and business competencies to succeed.

Responsibilities Include
The candidate will be responsible for building market-first customer offerings right from concept to launch. S/he will work with cross-functional stakeholder set to socialize the product vision, scope the product, devise GTM strategy and drive adoption of the launched product. The owner will need to demonstrate business judgement in evaluating trade-offs between opportunity and feasibility apart from resourcefulness to invent his or her way out of obstacles. The experience will offer an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of scale (largest category for Ecommerce) and innovation (with market leading products).


- 5-8 years of overall experience with min. 4 years of post MBA experience (focus on business/product),
- 2-3 years of experience in product management/ product development/ project management
- MBA from a reputed institute
- -Proficient in Excel and SQL.
- -Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- -Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
- -Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative to develop product strategies.


• -Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts,
- 4+ years of experience in business in Ecommerce/FMCG sectors
