Sr. Product & Customer Insights Manager, Logistics

Are you passionate about driving strategic decisions that impact the experience of millions of customers? Amazon is seeking a Senior Product & Customer Insights Manager, Logistics based in Arlington, VA. Our team partners with senior leaders across the org to generate data-driven insights that inform key decisions impacting customer experience. In this role, you will own our project roadmap supporting the Amazon Logistics product teams.

You will innovate and build new methodologies to generate insights and make recommendations that directly inform product decisions and actions to improve customer experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent research skills and have the ability to work collaboratively and influence business partners at all levels, including senior management. This role will involve delivering projects in a complex and ambiguous environment. Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or operations would be advantageous for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute studies that inform Amazon Logistics' product roadmap, including: scoping, defining methodology, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting key findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
• Own and prioritize our team's project roadmap with key stakeholders
• Develop new methodologies and processes to generate insights that can scale
• Influence senior leadership through data driven insights
• Work cross-functionally with peers globally to support training, best practices, and shared opportunities
• Produce high-quality written documents that spark product improvement
• Contribute to the team culture of experimentation and innovation

• At least 7 years of experience or master's degree and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in an international work environment in areas such as logistics, operations, supply chain, management consulting, product/program management, internet, technology, retail, consumer goods or research firms.


• Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and good business acumen
• Excellent communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels; skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions
• Excellent English writing skills; able to produce and finalize complex documents
• Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred
• Intermediate skills with Excel (pivots, data connections, lookups, slicers)
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations is a plus
