Sr. Mgr. Fresh Ops Integration

Description

Do you want to be part of an organization that is developing and launching new business models across the world? If so, the Fresh and Pantry operations team is looking for an experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results, to own and execute high visibility, strategic and revenue generating projects. These projects include developing new fulfillment models and building supply chain solutions that are customized for consumable products. We need leaders who are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems for the benefit of our quickly expanding customer base.

The Sr Manager of Ops Integration will lead a team that has four focus areas. They will develop and integrate new fulfillment models that 1) expand network capacity, 2) reduce total fulfillment costs, 3) improve quality and 4) reduce click-to-deliver time. This includes aligning senior leadership to an operational vision, then developing detailed designs for the recommended operational processes. In addition, process experts from this team will engage FC leaders to improve existing operations, which will require changes in equipment, software tools and training. Lastly, this senior manager will own the software roadmaps for the Fresh and Pantry operational teams. This will require alignment with cross-functional stakeholders in Retail, Finance and Transportation to ensure development teams are focusing resources on the most critical tools. The Sr Manager of Ops Integration will work closely with capacity planning and launch teams, and will support worldwide launch activities with away team resources.
