Sr. Manager, PM-T

Seattle, WA

DESCRIPTION

The Audiences team builds the systems that allow advertisers to reach users across web, mobile, and connected TV. To do this, our services ingest billions of signals every day, evaluate them in real-time to create audiences, and vend those audiences out for every ad request received within a fraction of a second. In light of industry wide identity changes, innovation is critical to our success.

We are seeking a Principal Manager - Tech to join our Amazon Advertising Audiences team. This role will be the single threaded leader for ML driven audience features, specifically related to predictive demographics and lookalike audiences. These features are critical to the success of the overall advertising business, especially for business such as streaming TV ads that depend on the availability of high quality demographic audiences. You will work with a team of applied scientists and software engineers to dive into different ML techniques to find the right balance between precision and accuracy of different models. This role will drive the go-to-market for these features in partnership with partner teams, marketing, sales and account management. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial and ambiguous environment. This is a 'Think Big' role where you have the opportunity to reinvent and enable audience features for advertisers at scale.
