We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to own both strategy and execution of initiatives across our publisher and influencer verticals. You will own experiments to deeply understand the needs of our creators, build program benefits and features, and align creator compensation structures to make ASV video creators' destination. You will work closely with product, marketing, the Amazon Associates program, and engineering to drive creator acquisition, growth and success. We are looking for an individual with a proven record of thinking big to build new business and programs. They can prioritize well with strong project management skills and are comfortable taking initiative and working across teams in a relatively unstructured environment.

Key job responsibilities

  • Concept and execute strategies for how our program will acquire and grow new segments of creators, including understanding where there can be efficiencies and learnings vs. unique needs across segments
  • Define and own initiative metrics for business outcomes. Use critical understanding of historical data, program goals, and strategy to make recommendations for continuous improvement; own reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Develop and manage economic incentives to drive growth of key business metrics including high value actions, and long-term impact. Deliver aggressive yearly growth goals and manage areas of risk.
  • Manage all reporting including 1:1 performance management of partners, weekly business management, monthly/quarterly/annual Business Review reporting, and leadership updates
  • Develop and manage educational and onboarding materials, relationship building activities, and programmatic account management and communication
  • Lead core team and cross-functional projects, to scope and structure new experiments, draft business and product requirements documents based on analyses of experiments
  • Acquire and manage publisher partners day -to-day, define strategy, lead the go-to-market, onboarding and streamline new processes and creating SOPs
  • Establish mechanisms to compile learnings & best practices from publisher partners, their needs and the landscape; publish internal documents to be the voice of the video publisher creator and spearhead new program benefits and product features


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions
  • 5+ years of professional work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA
  • Experience with digital content landscape, work with emerging creators and their potential for transforming businesses and industries both in U.S. and globally
  • 3+ years of experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional partnerships
  • 2+ years in a highly analytical and data-driven role (e.g. consulting, finance, accounting)
