Amazon Fresh/Prime Now事業本部では、今後の順天分野であるパートナービジネスを担当するSenior Business Developmentのポジションを募集します。
このポジションは、パートナー企業の開拓・契約交渉だけでなく、Amazon.co.jp上での販売開始準備、開始後のエリア拡大や事業成長まで、一連のプロジェクトをになって頂きます。よって自ら創造性を発揮し、パートナー企業や社内の関係部署と良好な関係を築きながら事業を開拓し、結果を出す事業家マインドが強く求められます。

本ポジションに求められる役割は以下の通りです。
・パートナー企業候補である大手食品小売企業との交渉と、契約締結、契約後の販売開始までの一連の準備。技術部門やマーケティングなど社内関連部署との協業による事業の継続的な成長のための戦略立案と実行
・パートナービジネスの事業計画立案、社内関連部署やマネジメントとの調整を行い、事業の円滑な推進のためのプロジェクトをリード
・事業成長、対象エリア拡大のためのパートナー企業マネジメント層との関係構築・維持及び定期的なビジネスレビューをリード

JP F3 Strategic Projects team is seeking a creative, results-oriented and highly entrepreneurial person to launch new 3P merchant business in F3 (Amazon Fresh and Prime Now) team which is one of amazon's important focus area. We're looking for a smart, talented Sr. Bus Dev Manager to be responsible for this new 3P business. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering the best customer experience and develops and executes strategies to grow our partnerships and selection.
This position will be responsible for the following:
• Recruiting and Onboarding - Work cross functionally with internal support teams to build scalable and sustainable 3P business partnership in JP F3
• Project Management - Own and drive key projects end-to-end, including growth strategy building and presenting progress to senior management on a regular basis and supporting merchant integration
• Business Development - Drive business growth and area expansion planning and work closely with merchant's senior management on strategic negotiations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

・5-10年のビジネス開発、プロジェクトマネジメント経験（契約交渉含む）
・売上や利益のKPIを持ち自ら計画を実行・管理した経験
・社内外における複数・多階層のステークホルダーマネジメント及び意思決定への関与経験
・定量化されたゴール達成のための現状分析とそれに基づく実行と効果測定経験
・コミュニケーション及びプレゼンテーションスキル
・グローバル環境での技術やオペレーション部門との協業経験あるいは協業に対する強い意欲
・ハンズオン、チームワークへの強い志向
・あいまいな事業環境下であっても自らプランを立て実行する意欲
・ビジネスレベルの英語力およびネイティブレベルの日本語力（海外チームとの電話会議や出張への積極的な参加）

• 5-10 years of bus-dev, account and project management experience
• Strong drive for execution and delivering results
• Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making trade-offs against business priorities
• Passion for metrics and ability to turn data driven analysis into actionable programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with global technology, operations, and business teams
• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
• A passionate self-starter with the ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment
• Business level English and native level Japanese language skills required
• BA/BS required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

・Eコマースあるいは小売業の経験
・多言語・多国籍・Diverseなビジネス環境への適応力
・SQLできれば尚可
・MBA尚可

• Ecommerce or retail experience preferred
• Experience of working for multicultural business environment
• SQL skills preferred
• An M.B.A. or equivalent masters degree is a plus
