The Workdocs mobile team own the Android/iOS native applications for AWS WorkDocs that provides an on the go experience for our customers. We are solving challenging technical problems around latency, mobile UI, multi-threaded architecture and resource utilization to make sure our customers get the best experience on their mobile devices. You will own the end to end solutions that integrates seamlessly with AWS services to deliver the best customer experience. You will be working closely with business partners, product managers and engineering leaders. You will be responsible for building innovative mobile applications, frameworks and SDKs. You will work with internal and external partners, take on challenging problems at scale, and given autonomy to deliver.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in iPhone or Android focused Software Development (Objective C, Swift, and/or Java)
• 1+ years of experience in multi-tier mobile architecture


• Experience with software performance measurements and techniques.
• Experience architecting and designing using patterns for reliability and low latency in new and existing systems.
• Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
