Be part of the Delivery team. We make music happen. Our service is the critical link between your device-Echo, iOS, Android, Fire TV-and the Amazon Music catalog. Over 80 million songs. Many delivered in ultra high definition and 3D audio. Our mission is the fast, flawless, and secure delivery of music to our customers.

As part of Playback Experience, you'll work side-by-side with engineers developing our player technology, encoding music, and working with state of the art content protection systems. You'll help bring high-definition audio to the masses and assist in our effort to move all of our systems to native AWS.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate degree in a related technical field
• Experience with critical, 24x7, systems
• Experience with high-throughput, multi-threaded systems
• Experience managing Linux systems
• Experience with AWS services
