Our team owns the software and systems that help Amazon's millions of internal hosts to be automatically patched with the latest security updates to keep them current and secured. Our systems make it possible for every system at Amazon to be patched without having to jeopardize the availability our customers expect. We deliver the technology that powers fully automated patching! We are looking for developers who are passionate about making our hosts secure without service owners' intervention.
Builder Tools owns and builds every aspect of our products from the UI and external APIs down to the backend services and databases. These teams specifically own the software and systems that help Amazon's massive developer community turn revolutionary ideas into code running on production servers. Quilt makes it possible for every service at Amazon to rapidly update their hosts without ever having to take an outage. With a few mouse clicks, or a fully automated continuous deployment workflow, Quilt manages the host security to allow Amazon engineers to focus on their services, code changes and new features to the customer, all because of the magic we provide. What we do makes a difference.
If you have what we're looking for come join a strong team in a highly visible organization. You will have a significant impact on Amazon's massively distributed software development environment and help us to build the best continuous deployment and fleet management system in the world.
