The Amazon Music Artist and Label Products and Services team is focused on building personalized, curated, and seamless experiences aimed at bringing artists and their fans closer together. We want to offer new experiences to our customers that build stronger connections to their favorite artists. We build features spanning our music apps, web player, and voice-forward audio engagement on mobile and Amazon Echo devices, powered by Alexa to support our customer base. Amazon Music offerings are available in countries around the world, and our applications support our mission of delivering music to customers in new and exciting ways that enhance their day-to-day lives.

In this role you will be given an opportunity to work on a new team of software engineers to build technically difficult solutions from the ground up. You'll collaborate with senior engineers, product managers and technical program managers, combining live streaming, music streaming, merch sales and more to deliver new and innovative customer experiences that will enhance the connection between artists and their fans. You'll develop software in Java, C++, Objective-C, and JavaScript using AWS technologies.


• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.


• Experience developing native and hybrid mobile applications
• Experience developing high quality, large scale consumer applications
• Experience with front-end development
• Experience driving operational improvements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including communicating with other technical teams, product management, and senior management
• Love of Music
