Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated Engineer who will be part of the Hardware Test Engineering team focused on next generation robotic design. The engineer will develop along the critical path for the HWTE team, creating a framework that enables of test workflows. The developer will plan, design, review, and support the implementation of new capabilities. You will be responsible for leading and developing strategies and solutions for new products, with a focus on test overhead, cycle time reduction, and improving product quality. You will actively work with hardware , regulatory & compliance, program management, and other hardware test team members. The ideal candidate will draw upon previous experience, critical thinking, and problem solving skills, and a passion for creating reliable and maintainable . The candidate should be open to new challenges, strong at multi-tasking, innovative, creative, self-directed and a great team player. Candidate should drive continuous process improvement, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement new solutions.
• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
• Master's degree in Science, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
