Candidates will be able to demonstrate organisational skills, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great verbal and written communications skills in English, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

This position can be based in London, Munich or Luxembourg.
Core Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and selection strategies.
• Assess candidate profiles against specific role criteria.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
• Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, assessing against the relevant hiring criteria and Amazon's Leadership Principles.
• Track recruitment activity and deliver results against specified recruitment key performance metrics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results and being able to collaborate as part of a team.
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working to a range of performance metrics
• Bachelor's Degree
• Fluency in English and preferably a second European language
• Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Expereince working in a team environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with online sourcing techniques
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
• Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and selection criteria and strategies.
• Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
