Senior Program Manager, Analytics and Reporting

DESCRIPTION

The COVID Response Center (CRC) is the team that centrally handles all COVID reporting and case management for North America. The organization is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join the CRC Strategy team leading new function integration, global expansion, and analytics design. The leader will develop, own, and drive the roadmap to enhance and scale the CRC across a portfolio of managed activities. The leader will work with a team of other program managers. This role requires a strong track record of delivering results, dealing with a wide ambiguous space, problem solving, unrelenting customer obsession, and the ability to lead, influence and motivate a team of high performance leaders. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:
Delivering results on complex projects across multiple organizations
Innovating to improve processes and continuously lowering cost while facilitating quality
Creating, managing, and communicating project roadmaps
Thinking strategically and implementing solutions that can scale to meet the scope of the CRC organization

A successful candidate will also demonstrate:
High attention to detail including ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required
Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
A clear focus on the customer's needs in the iterative development of the program
Ability to earn trust and influence a broad group of stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or other technical field
• 3 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis operating in highly cross-functional and fast-paced environments
• Intermediate to advanced and data visualization knowledge is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve independently
• 5 years of professional experience, including experience operating in highly cross-functional and fast-paced environments
• Experience interacting with technical and teams to manage a roadmap
• Process automation experience
• Demonstrated willingness to experiment and try new things
